Apartment 112,5 m2 in one floor. 3 bedrooms, living room (2 convertible sofas), kitchen, hall, toilet, housekeeping room, washroom (toilet) and sauna.
Equipment: fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, small domestic appliances and tableware for 12 persons.
TV/digibox, stereos, washing machine, drying cabinet, central vacuum cleaner, fireplace and rowing-boat. There is also own outdoor log shelter and fireplace. It is located only 150 m from the lake Jämijärvi.
